Lost River Treatment Center is an outpatient rural-based organization operated by the Modoc Nation to address the opioid epidemic present in our rural community.
We serve individuals, families, and couples experiencing opioid (or related) addictions and resulting mental health disorders. We serve tribal and non-tribal consumers.
We take a holistic approach to treatment, addressing every aspect of the consumers mental health and wellbeing. Each patient is valued as a unique individual who deserves respect, dignity, care, and culturally sensitive treatment options.
After a mental health assessment with a Licensed Counselor is complete, a medication evaluation will be facilitated by the Medical Doctor to determine whether Medication Assisted Treatment is appropriate for you.
Our licensed counselors provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based behavioral health interventions, such as CBT, TF -CBT, DBT, EMDR, and PE. In addition, other supports offered include Case Managers and Peer Recovery Support Specialists.
Lost River Treatment Center offers a wide range of chemical dependency treatments 6 days a week. These prescribed medications can help to reduce withdrawal symptoms and decrease cravings.
