Mission Statement

Lost River Treatment Center is dedicated to providing a continuum of treatment and support services to promote wellness, recovery, and resiliency for individuals and families in our diverse community.

About Us

Lost River Treatment Center is an outpatient rural-based program that provides intervention to adults (18 years and older), Native and non-Native. Our program provides treatment for issues related to addiction, substance abuse, and co-occurring mental health disorders. We take a holistic approach to treatment, addressing every aspect of the client's mental health and well-being. Each client is valued as a unique individual who deserves, respect, dignity, care, and culturally sensitive options.

Our Services

Counseling & Support

We offer individual, family, and group therapy to address the client’s mental health needs utilizing interventions such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Peer Recovery Support services are also offered to address housing, transportation, food security, and employment issues.

Medication Assisted Treatment

is utilized for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder by administering medications such as Methadone or Suboxone, in combination with counseling to reduce symptoms of withdrawal and address the root causes of opioid addiction.  Our medical and behavioral health treatment team will develop a customized treatment plan aligning with the client’s wellness goals.

Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Courses (ADSAC)

Our Providers

Todd Redding, M.D.

Medical Director

Dr. Redding transitioned from Family Medicine to the subspecialty of Addiction Medicine in 2008, where his practice focuses on medication management of substance use disorders and associated psychiatric conditions. He is a Fellow in the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), serves on the executive board of the Oklahoma Chapter of ASAM and is certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine.

Laci Barton, APRN-CNP

Programs Administrator

Laci Barton is a nurse practitioner that transitioned from Family Medicine to Addiction Medicine where she continues to practice with a focus on the management of substance use disorders and associated psychiatric conditions. She also acts as the Modoc Nation Health Services Programs Administrator.

Sheila Hart, PMHNP - BC

Medical Provider
Sheila Hart is a nurse practitioner that specializes in psychiatric/mental health. Her focus has been varied within the psychiatric field to include treating patients across the lifespan. In addition to her direct service experience, she previously acted as an Associate Professor of Nursing at Missouri Southern State University.
 

Jacob Logsdon, LCSW

Clinical Supervisor

Jacob Logsdon specializes in working with adults  who struggle with substance use. Jacob Logsdon is trained in EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT, along with many other modalities to best serve the individual.  

Amber Hoffman, LMSW

Licensed Behavioral Health Professional

Amber Hoffman specializes in working with adults with issues related to substance use, alcohol use, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She is trained in EMDR,  Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and strength-based modalities.

Kaitlin Sivert, LMSW

Behavioral Health Professional

Katie Sivert specializes in working with adults with addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Katie has experience working with children and adults in the outpatient setting managing mental health and substance use disorders. Katie is trained in Motivational Interviewing and strengths-based modalities.

Adrienne Witty, LMSW

Behavioral Health Professional

Adrienne Witty has 15 years of experience in outpatient behavioral health. She is currently providing therapy services to adults with substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
